Alida Systems are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimises our potential impact on the environment. We operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do.
Lean Manufacturing
Interactive electronic documentation, works instructions, and robust variant management controls are just some of the lean principles during our quality controlled production lines. We have considerable experience of establishing lean methodologies to produce complex mechanical assemblies that can be dynamically resourced by between 2 to 10 operators depending on line customer demand. Supported by bar code tracing to provide real time operational information.
